The Vienna House Dream Castle Paris – Review About My Last Stay

Hello Everyone!

Some weeks ago I spent 3 days in lovely Disneyland Paris. (The report will be online tomorrow!) It was the first time I slept in one of the partner hotels outside of the resort.

The stay was a surprise and I’m really glad my boyfriend chose this hotel! You wanna now why? Keep on reading!

Facts & Figures

  •  397 Rooms and Suites
  • 2 Restaurants with a Terrace
  • A Bar
  • Wellnes & Spa Area
  • Free Wifi
  • Free Parking Lot
  • Free Shuttle Service
  • A small Disney Boutique
  • About 10min from the Parks

The hotel has a really nice theme: It’s built after a French Castle and offers a really nice garden! Also the interior and the restaurants match with this royal theme.

The Arrival

We arrived very early in the morning at about eight o’clock and of course our room was not ready yet. What I first noticed when I entered the lobby was the really nice smell, like flowers and musk.  The very kind employee of the hotel helped us to store our baggage. At the meantime my boyfriend could park the car right on the hotel ground.

Secondly, she already checked us in and explained us where we can enjoy our breakfast the next two mornings. She also gave us some information about the hotel so that we can find our way around. We were talking in French which was not problem for me still all the employees we talked to or meet could also speak English.

After that we went over to the Disney Parks. The hotel offers a free shuttle service from the hotel directly to the parks however we decided to drive by car and park at the one-day visitors parking lot so that we can stay late or leave whenever we want.

The Room

Late in the evening we came back to the hotel. At the entrance a sign guided us to the reception again to pick up our room key. Our room was on the fourth floor.

Here are some impressions of the room and the floor

The Breakfast

We had two breakfasts during our stay and had the chance to see both of the two Restaurants: „Musketeer’s“ and „Sans Souci“. The first one rather looked like a knight’s dining room and the other one very royal and like a castle’s dining room. Both had the same breakfast which offered a great variety of breads, baguettes, croissants and warm meals, and cereals, fruits, yoghurt… Also the assorted sliced cheese and cold cuts were diverse. Overall the breakfast had something for everyone.

The Overall Impression

The hotel room was very, very large and the bed comfortable. I also liked the shower gel and shampoo from L’Occitane in the bathroom 🙂 The hotel staff was always friendly and supportive. And the breakfast very tasty and continental. I definitely recommend it as an alternative for the resort hotels and to save time at the park entrance, your tickets can be bought at the reception!

Thank you for reading!
